Return Policy

1. Conditions for return

Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
 
The goods are not of the correct type or model in the order placed or as on the website at the time of ordering.
Insufficient quantity, not complete set as in the order.
The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage…
Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods.
 

2. Steps to return the product

Step 1: Call to notify and confirm with Dakami cosmetic staff. Customers can choose to exchange or refund in case of eligible return.

Step 3: After receiving the returned goods, Dakami Cosmetic will send a new product or refund according to the customer’s request.
 

3. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products

Return notification time: within 48 hours from receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or broken.
Return delivery time: within 14 days from receiving the product.
Product return location: Customers send returned products by post.

4. Regulations on return and refund time

Dakami cosmetic receives returned products within 10-15 days from the date of successful delivery. After checking the returned products, we will review the conditions of product standards and refund within 3-5 days according to the information provided by the customer.
